Salon Policy

Please note that “Stash House AZ LLC” is a rate ‘R’ environment (Music & Conversations between adults are sometimes not suitable for children). Due to limited space and the recent COVID-19 pandemic we are currently advising against guests waiting in the salon while you are receiving a service. State Board mandates sanitation restrictions. Pets are NOT allowed unless they are registered as a service animals.

24-HR Rebook

Clients are required to give a 24-hour notice in the event they need to rebook or cancel their service. This is a policy set in place to pay respects to all of my clients. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge to your vaulted card required for booking. Automatic charges are applied after 15 minutes no shows/no-calls and your appointment slot will be forfeited to stand by clients.

Deposits

When booking a standard services, a nonrefundable booking deposit of $50 is required. Last minute openings will be offered to the public and a deposit maybe required then in order to ensure your spot from other interested clients. I operate on a first-come first served basis. All my clients matter to me and I like to pay an equal amount of respect.
