Salon Environment & Guest Policies
The Vibe
Please note that Stash House AZ is a rated "R" environment. The music we play and the adult conversations happening around the shop are sometimes unsuitable for kids.
Although we do allow children to tag along during your visit… hey, we get it! Life happens. But please take the vibe into consideration before booking. There is absolutely nothing we can do to "child-proof" our salon.
The Ground Rules
If your little one has a challenging time with personal space or keeping their hands to themselves, please keep a close eye on them. Any damages to the salon or equipment accrued by your child or guest will be your financial responsibility to resolve.
Fur Babies
Pets are NOT allowed in the salon. We strictly welcome registered service animals only.
Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
The 24-Hour Rule
We get that life happens and schedules shift! However, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rebook your service. This policy is strictly in place to show respect for both my time and the time of all the other clients trying to get into the chair.
The Fine Print
Because those last-minute slots are incredibly hard to fill, failure to give a 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the service amount to your vaulted card. Friendly reminder: a vaulted card is required to secure any booking.
Running Late?
We give a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no call and no show, the system will automatically charge your card for the full service, and your appointment slot will be forfeited and given to our awesome stand-by clients.
Deposits & Last-Minute Openings
The Deposit Rules
When booking your standard services, a $50 deposit is required. Don't worry—your deposit goes straight toward the total cost of your service! Just keep in mind that if you need to cancel or reschedule outside of our 24-hour window, the deposit is forfeited.
Last-Minute Openings & The Waitlist
I operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. All of my clients matter to me, and I like to keep things completely fair and equal for everyone.
When last-minute spots open up, I offer them directly to the public, and a deposit might be required right then to secure the slot over other interested clients.
How to Snag a Spot

After Hour Request
Standard Business Hours: Tuesday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
To my amazing clients: Due to the incredible growth of this business and the high demand for services, I’ve spent a long time trying to accommodate everyone, whenever they needed me. But honesty is a big part of how I run things here, and the truth is, the old "free-for-all" booking system was causing a lot of behind-the-scenes strife. I was pushing through to the point of running myself ragged, leaving no time for my personal health, and ultimately making myself sick in more ways than one.
To protect my physical health, prevent further injury, and make sure I have quality time for my kids, I’ve had to build some firm boundaries.
Any appointments outside of our standard hours (including all day Monday, weekends, and weekdays after 4:30 PM) are now considered After-Hours Requests and will incur an additional $40 after-hours fee if approved. While I am no longer in a position to accommodate every single one of these, I’ve created this new system to find a better balance.
How the New System Works:
Submit Your Request: Select and book your service through the calendar exactly as you normally would.
Give Me 24–48 Hours: I manually review these requests. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a follow-up via text message.
If Approved: I will text you personally to confirm your booking and the $40 after-hours fee. Once confirmed, you’re all set, and our automated system will send your usual reminders.
If Declined: If I am unable to accommodate the slot, you will see a cancellation notice come through via email. If that happens, don't worry—I will text you directly to figure out the next best alternative option.

Reminders & Keeping Things Smooth
The Notification System
Because this is a one-man show, I rely heavily on my automated system to keep things running smoothly. This protects both your time and mine! Here is what you'll get:
Texts: You'll get a text the second you book, plus a reminder 24 hours before your appointment (standard carrier rates apply).
Emails: Automatic reminder emails are sent out 72 hours and 24 hours in advance.
⚠️ Missed your notifications? If you aren't receiving these, it’s highly likely there was a typo in your email address when booking.
Managing Your Appointment
An accurate email is vital because the link to cancel, rebook, or adjust your service is right inside your confirmation email. Please use this system to make changes! Taking ownership of your booking ensures timely updates and avoids any confusion.
Book Exactly What You Want
Once my books are full, making changes to your service on the spot is almost impossible. Please make sure you book exactly what you want.
